ERIC SERIES - CHAIRMAN

Eric (37) completed his studies of law and economics in Paris. Since 2000 his advisory business has focused on the introduction of investment capital to high value global projects. He is the Chairman of Avenport Investment Corporation a private equity company, a board member of Bramer Bank and a director of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Eric is experienced in the global positioning of luxury brands and is applying his experience to the international vision and strategy of Sealegs.

 

JAMES HILL - DEPUTY CHAIRMAN & INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

James Hill is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Directors. He was Managing Partner of KPMG’s Auckland practice and was also involved in the corporatisation of both The Yellow Bus Company and Metrowater, serving on the Boards of both companies (being the first Chairman of Metrowater). He is currently the Chairman of Manukau Water Limited, on the Board of Transit NZ and is Chairman of three private companies. He also has governance roles with several charitable organisations.

DAVID MCKEE WRIGHT - CEO & MANAGING DIRECTOR

David McKee Wright is and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sealegs since inception. David is an ACA qualified accountant with a commerce degree. He has had extensive overseas experience in manufacturing, assembly and financial analysis with two Fortune 500 companies. David has worked with Maurice since 1994 at PC Direct, New Zealands largest PC Company, exo-net, New Zealands fastest growing web enabled accounting software company, and Sealegs, the worlds largest manaufacturer of amphibious boats.
MAURICE BRYHAM - FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Maurice Bryham is the Company's founder. A proven entrepreneur, Maurice's career has seen him take senior positions with Dick Smith Electronics, Pacific Computers and Imagineering, before co-founding New Zealand's high profile personal computer company, PC Direct. Maurice co-founded Exonet with David McKee Wright in 1999 and was instrumental in developing the strategies that made Exonet a market leader in e-business software. Maurice conceived the Sealegs idea in 2000 and led the development of the Sealegs prototypes through to the current production models.
CHRISTOPHER DICKSON - INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Christopher Dickson is a three-times World Match Racing Champion and this year celebrated 20 years of America’s Cup involvement. He was the skipper of KZ 7, New Zealand’s first challenger at Fremantle back in 1987 and was skipper and CEO of BMW Oracle Racing at the 2007 America’s Cup in Valencia.
